What is CBD?
CBD (cannabidiol) is found in many other plants but occurs in higher concentrations in the Cannabis sativa L. plant. CBD is one of at least 113 cannabinoids found in the sativa L. plant and is known for its therapeutic and healing properties.
CBD works naturally with the body's endocannabinoid system and may help to promote calmness, clarity, and daily relief.
Skhy uses third-party tested full spectrum CBD in all moods.
Will This Show Up On A Drug Test?
CBD by itself doesn’t show up on a drug test. However, there’s a chance you may get a false-positive result when taking a full-spectrum CBD product such as Skhy.
All Skhy products contain less than 0.3% THC, but due to the trace amounts present, there is an off-chance that you could test positive during a drug test.
If this is a concern, taking a cautious approach may be your best bet.
Skhy beverages are thoughtfully made with full-spectrum CBD that contains all of the compounds naturally found in the hemp plant. This includes a small amount of other naturally occurring cannabinoids like THC and CBN that work in tandem to give you the maximum benefits.

Should I expect to be HIGH?
No, you can’t get spaced out on CBD alone. Its chemical hemp derived cousin, THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), is the only cannabinoid that causes that“high” feeling. Hemp-derived CBD oil is extracted from low-THC cannabis plants—to be federally legal according to the 2018 US Farm Bill, there must be less than 0.3%.

When will my order ship?
With the influx of online orders due to Covid-19 and shipping delays with our fulfillment partner, FedEx, you may experience a delay in shipping. Rest assured, the SKHY team is working around the clock to ensure your water gets to you as soon as possible, and we will email you as soon as it ships. Thank you for your patience as we navigate these new challenges.
How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.
How are my items shipped?
We ship our water in recyclable cardboard cartons with dividers so that the product stays sufficiently intact until you’re able to refrigerate and enjoy the cool goodness.
Do you ship to my country?

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

PAYMENTS
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept American Express, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Master card, Pay Pal, Venmo, and Visa.
refund policy
Because of the shipping cost of our product, we do not offer refunds or returns.
For monthly auto-ship customers, we are happy to accommodate your request to cancel future deliveries as long as you notify us the day before your subscription billing. After your monthly subscription renewal date has passed, your credit card on file will be billed and we are unable to provide refunds, returns or exchanges.
For all other products, other than our beverage products, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return of merchandise or other items aside from our beverage products, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Additional non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@liveskhy.com and we will provide shipping information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
